Paula Hargis began her career with Functional Pathways in 1998 as the Human Resources Director and Corporate Office Manager. During her years with the company, the HR Department has expanded and oversees the day to day relations with all employees, benefits administration and general HR activities. She has over 19 years experience in the healthcare industry. She attended Cecil’s College of Business in Asheville, North Carolina.
