I just wanted to take a minute and tell you personally, that 10 years ago tomorrow I started with this company and I wanted to say thanks. I have seen a lot of changes, some good some bad. Some I agreed with and some I didn’t. Regardless, I have sincerely enjoyed working for Functional Pathways for 9 years and 364 days. I don’t know if when you started this company you thought you would change peoples lives, not patients, but employees. Well, you changed mine. That is a huge deal, a huge opportunity, for me. I was 27 years old, just married, just bought a house, leaving a job that I loved in orthopedics to take a chance on a ” COTA position open” card that I received in the mail. One of the best decisions of my life. We need people to “have our backs in life”, I feel like you have had mine. I just wanted to say thanks, even if it all ends tomorrow, you your company changed my life.

Your team continues to impress me with their knowledge, follow-up, and the light in their eyes as they carry out your vision. You have an amazing organization. Thank you for your continued commitment to service, quality and being a preferred member of our team. I appreciate you.

Thank you for taking so much time with our class last week. I learned a lot about Functional Pathways, my roles in my new position, and how to make us more successful. I was really impressed by everyone I met, and I look forward to doing my best for the company.

What a joy it was to meet the whole corporate staff. I am so thankful to be a part of an elite company that not only talks commitment, responsibility, innovation, self-improvement, passion and relationships…but walks it!

Working for FP has been a wonderful experience. As a Wellness Coordinator, my work frequently involves new and innovative challenges, leading to building stronger relationships and responsibilities with both employees and community. At the end of the day, I receive great satisfaction knowing my company has passion for helping others.

We have enjoyed a long-standing relationship with Functional Pathways. I have had the privilege of working with their leadership in many buildings across multiple states. And, regardless of location, we have been able to grow our business. I believe this is due to their core values, which are instilled in their employees and lived by each of them everyday. Living those values has enriched the lives of our residents greatly.

I wanted to thank you for a great RM meeting. I gained so much insight into FP and I have a greater appreciation for your leadership and vision for this team. I am grateful to be a part of FP and I am excited to begin the next step as a RM. Thank you for your continued dedication to your employees.

Thank you so much for inspiring me to be a leader within the Functional Pathways family. I feel empowered to perform my job at a higher level and am challenged to meet your high expectations.

One of the key reasons we partnered with Functional Pathways was the fact that our core values of Reverence, Service and Stewardship meshed so well with their core values of Relationships, Responsibility, Commitment, Passion, Self-Improvement and Innovation. The FP employees who have been a part of our team for several years have demonstrated their commitment to their company values as well as ours by participating in quality improvement initiatives, professional celebration days, innovative and award winning resident care programs, fundraising for charity care and demonstrate a true partnership with our staff.

In one word, I would describe the therapy department as committed. The therapy department demonstrates commitment everyday to the residents of this facility in the way they approach therapy. They individualize the treatments to meet the specific needs of the residents. It’s not uncommon to see them walking hand in hand comforting the residents. They truly treat them like family.

The morals and standards at FP are second to none. They truly care about their clients and their success, and it’s not because it makes the company look good, it’s because they genuinely care about their client’s success. They are staffed by real people; people who really care about and have passion for what they do.

I wanted to extend my thanks for allowing myself and the other new CMs to travel to Knoxville to meet the corporate staff during orientation and training. It was a wonderful two days and I am so grateful to have had the chance to hear your message and strategies that help to make Functional Pathways so successful. I feel blessed to be a part of the team!

Working for FP over the past 9 years is truly a gift that I am continually thankful for.

I wanted to take the time to thank everyone that had an impact on my visit to the corporate office for CM training. It has been a little over a month since I attended the training, and during this time I have been able to take the tools I was trained on and implement them. It is one thing to learn the values and strategies for success, but to actually return from training, use them and be successful, is truly a rewarding feeling.

Thank you so much for allowing me to attend your symposium. I found the symposium very informative and full of information that could be useful everyday with our residents. The one thing that makes you all so different from other companies is your desire to teach your therapists treatments that are out of the normal ‘box.’ Therapy can be a fun part of a resident’s day and should be! I look forward to watching our therapists use some of the techniques that we learned in getting our residents back into their homes.

Your rehab staff is simply the most wonderful, caring, loving and friendly bunch of folks I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have learned so much through my son’s rehabilitations and have a genuine appreciation of what your company does and offers to the lives of the individuals they touch. You give more than just rehab, you provide people with a sense of purpose, of meaning, and of hope. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
